Areas to improve

• Staff must ensure "high quality learning and teaching in all lessons," specifically by planning tasks at the "right level of difficulty to meet the learning needs of all young people."
• Senior leaders should "further develop approaches to evaluate the work of the school" to build staff confidence in applying national standards.
• The school must work to "raise attainment and aspiration at all stages," with a particular focus on improving results in the senior phase, especially in English, maths, and top-quality passes.
