• The school does not meet some of the standards in Part 1. Quality of education provided, particularly in relation to the secular studies curriculum, which lacks breadth and does not provide pupils with a well-rounded education.
• The school does not meet some of the standards in Part 2. Spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of pupils, particularly in relation to the personal development programme, which does not provide pupils with a broad education about cultures and religions different to their own.
• The school does not meet some of the standards in Part 3. Welfare, health and safety of pupils, particularly in relation to safeguarding, which is not effective due to weak oversight and lack of rigorous checks on staff suitability.
• The school does not meet some of the standards in Part 4. Suitability of staff, supply staff, and proprietors, particularly in relation to staff recruitment procedures, which are weak and do not ensure that all staff have undergone the required pre-employment checks.
• The school does not meet some of the standards in Part 5. Premises of and accommodation at schools, particularly in relation to the maintenance of the site, which is not well maintained and poses a potential risk to pupils' welfare and safety.
• The school does not meet some of the standards in Part 6. Provision of information, particularly in relation to the school's website, which is not available to parents and carers.
• The school does not meet some of the standards in Part 8. Quality of leadership in and management of schools, particularly in relation to the oversight of the quality of education and the school's safeguarding arrangements.
