• Senior leaders and staff must improve approaches to learning, teaching, and assessment to ensure "consistently well-planned, high-quality and engaging learning" matched to all learners’ needs.
• More consistent approaches are needed to support a minority of children in managing their behaviour, working collaboratively with children, parents, and partners.
• Staff should raise attainment in all areas, prioritising reading and writing, while improving professional judgement to ensure attainment data is "accurate and robust".
