Strengths

• Pupils develop "detailed and broad knowledge across the curriculum," producing work that reflects "increasingly sophisticated understanding."
• Behaviour is "excellent" with bullying being "extremely rare," supported by routines that help pupils settle quickly and cooperate.
• The curriculum is "broad, ambitious and logically sequenced," with teachers who are "experts in how to deliver the curriculum."
• Early years provision is "deeply nurturing," ensuring children are "confident, knowledgeable" and well-prepared for Year 1.

Areas to improve

• Leaders should "continue to refine and embed their identified priorities for improvement in order to drive a transformational impact for all pupils."

Safeguarding

The safeguarding standards are met, with leaders having "established an open culture in which safeguarding is everyone's responsibility" and concerns are "actively identified, acted upon and managed."
