Felpham Community College has taken effective action to maintain the standards identified at its previous inspection. The report describes a large school where staff are "very caring" and pupils feel safe, with high expectations for behaviour now "paying dividends." While there has been a "marked improvement in standards" since the pandemic, inconsistencies in teaching quality remain in some subjects.
