• The service needs to ‘increase the pace of change’ to ensure improvements consistently lead to positive outcomes.

Safeguarding

The report states that senior leaders should work with partners to ensure staff are aware of potential behavioural risks so that young people receive ‘consistent help’ and ‘enhanced support’ when required.
