Overview

Strengths

Areas to improve

• Leaders must ensure all teachers consistently make the right adaptations for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), as some currently do not access the curriculum as well as they might.
• Systems to promote good attendance need further development, as a small minority of pupils miss important learning due to poor attendance.
• Leaders need to ensure all pupils consistently follow the behaviour policy, as a small minority cause disruption and miss out on learning.

Safeguarding

The arrangements for safeguarding are effective, with staff receiving comprehensive training to spot risks and following clear systems for reporting concerns.
