• Provide professional development to help staff re-engage pupils who lose focus, which can disturb others’ learning.
• Refine governors’ monitoring systems to ensure they have precise information to hold leaders to account for the school’s effectiveness.
• Address the high workload experienced by some staff resulting from rapid curriculum changes.
