Areas to improve

• In some subjects, the school does not identify all key knowledge, leading to inconsistent curriculum implementation and preventing teachers from effectively building on prior learning.
• The behaviour policy is not always consistently implemented, and some parents do not fully appreciate the school’s high expectations, resulting in less positive attitudes for a minority of pupils.
