• Staff should ensure there is "clear progression in children’s skills across all aspects of learning" within the curriculum.
• Approaches to show "how much and how well children progress overtime" need further development.
• The nursery environment should be reviewed to make it more "interesting, nurturing and homely," including creating comfortable rest areas.
• Staff deployment in the nursery requires review to ensure children receive "high quality experiences at all times."
