• Leaders demonstrate a clear vision for the school and have high expectations.
• Pupils engage well in lessons, contribute respectfully, and show consideration to their peers.
• The school's provision for special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is strong, with teachers adapting and tailoring learning for pupils when necessary.
• The early years environment is well resourced and purposeful, with adults having effective interactions with children.

Areas to improve:

• In some subjects, learning is not coherently sequenced, meaning pupils do not build their knowledge securely and find it difficult to make connections between their learning over time.
• The school's work to improve attendance of some groups of pupils has not had the required impact, with some pupils missing important learning.
