Areas to improve

• The school development plan’s action plans need to focus more on improving “learning experiences for, and outcomes attained by, the children.”
• The school must review its anti-bullying policy to ensure it “reflects DE requirements.”

Safeguarding

The report states that safeguarding arrangements “reflect broadly the guidance from the Department of Education” and children feel safe, but the ETI was “unable to evaluate fully the outworking of the arrangements” due to the industrial action.
