Staff and governors are committed to helping pupils thrive in a supportive environment, with most pupils feeling safe and valuing opportunities for leadership and extra-curricular activities. While leaders have secured improvements in attendance and safeguarding, there is variation in how rigorously provision is evaluated and how precisely improvement is planned.
