Areas to improve

• Ensure that all teaching materials are age-appropriate, as some current resources do not reflect the age of the students.
• Provide students with sufficient time to respond to questions to help them "confidently develop their thinking skills," rather than staff providing answers too quickly.
• Ensure staff consistently use assessment information to set "meaningful targets" for students, as the quality of some assessments and targets is not yet high enough.
