• Attendance: Leaders do not have robust oversight of pupils' attendance, and too many pupils are absent from school.

• Pupil outcomes: Pupils do not achieve as well as they could, and leaders have not ensured that pupils are taught the full breadth of statutory relationships and sex education content.

• Inclusion: Leaders' approach to identifying and meeting the needs of pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is underdeveloped.
