The Latymer School's test has a two-part structure sat on one exam day: 1. GL Assessment multiple-choice papers in maths and verbal reasoning (answers on separate sheets). 2. An English paper set by the school itself. The maths and verbal reasoning papers are marked first; only the top-scoring candidates (historically around 650) have their English paper marked, and offers go to the top scorers overall (historically 192 places) based on total score. Registration is direct with the school, historically mid-March to early June of Year 5, with test days in the first week of September of Year 6 and results in mid-October.
Same area, prioritising the same phase — useful for shortlisting alternatives.
