• The school has reviewed its safeguarding procedures and considered risks that the new buildings and increase in pupil roll may pose.
• The school's risk assessment policy is clear and implemented effectively.
• The school keeps a clear record of recruitment checks for all staff on their single central record.
• The school makes all appropriate recruitment checks for the proprietor, governors, staff, volunteers, and contractors.
• The school site, including the 2 new buildings, is maintained to a suitable standard.
• There are suitable toilet facilities for the pupils in both new buildings with running hot and cold water.
• Drinking water is available in each building in the school and is clearly labelled.
• The school has a clear health and safety policy that is fit for purpose.
• Checks have been completed on site safety for both new buildings.
• Appropriate members of staff are trained in fire safety.
• Fire risk assessments are in place for all buildings in the school, including the 2 new buildings.
• Evacuation plans for all buildings are clear and pupils practise fire evacuation drills periodically throughout the year.
• There is a dedicated outdoor space for children in the early years on both of the new sites.
• Older pupils have access to suitable outdoor provision to use during breaktimes and physical education lessons.
• The school meets the requirements of schedule 10 of the Equality Act 2010.

Areas to improve: The school is unlikely to meet the independent school standards in Part 8, Quality of Leadership in and Management of Schools, due to several unmet standards outside the scope of this inspection that were reported on during the school's recent standard inspection in January 2026.
